You can find the latest configuremosaic.exe command line tool here.
Please note that it should be run from the command prompt (cmd) with administrator rights.
Create a folder for the tool at C:\configuremosaic and navigate there in the command line using cd C:\configuremosaic there you can run the commandline script you generated.
